About Diane Wood
I was born in California and moved to Arizona in 1962, so now consider myself an Arizonan. I have grown to love the diversity of this state and find it a never ending source for beautiful photography. My enjoyment comes from photographing a wide variety of subject matter but I mainly focus on nature, wildlife, and the old west. But those interests are apt to change as time goes on.
I have been toting a camera around since I was a teenager. My first digital camera was a Sony Mavica purchased in 2000 and I was hooked from there on. When retirement was looming on the horizon, I decided it was time to think about turning a long time passion into a full time hobby. I am now a member of several local photography groups and have attended photography seminars both locally and online to further my knowledge of this amazing art medium.
My photographs have appeared in local galleries and the Arizona State Fair.
I hope you enjoy what I have to share with you.
